CONTENT NOT RECEIVED: We are currently waiting on your department’s materials to begin production of your album. Album design cannot start until all required content is submitted. We strongly recommend providing this information within 90 days of your department’s photo sessions. Once we have received all content and timely proof approvals, your album can typically be completed within 3–5 months. Upon receipt of your materials, we will update your estimated delivery date accordingly.
