Make the most of your photo session.
Let us show you how.
-
Polished & Prepared.
To ensure a smooth and successful photo session, we ask that all members come wearing their full uniform. Please be sure to include your name tag, insignia, and all required apparel, as missing items may incur replacement fees. Additionally, some shots will include the upper legs, so please wear the proper uniform bottoms rather than non-uniform options. Thank you for helping us capture everyone at their best!
Your organization will determine which uniform(s) will be worn for your album photos. The following guidelines are provided for you and any family members who may be joining you for the session. You will also receive materials via email showing the background selection for your Legacy Album.

Maximizing your Photo Day Experience.
Utilize these tips to look your best:
Getting a good night’s sleep is the single most important step for a fantastic portrait. It helps reduce dark circles and keeps you energized and ready for posing. Be sure to rest well the night before your session!
Staying hydrated and enjoying a light meal before your session is a great way to keep your energy up and focus on having fun during your photos.
To ensure an even skin tone in your photos, avoid sunbathing while wearing oversized glasses or baseball hats in the days leading up to picture day.
If you wear glasses, feel free to wear them in your photos! We’ll also capture a few shots without them so you’ll have options to choose from.
Avoid trying a new hairstyle right before your portrait session. If you need a trim, schedule it one to two weeks in advance to ensure the best results.
Gentlemen, please ensure your beard and/or mustache is neatly trimmed for your portrait session.
Ladies, keep in mind that your hands may be visible in some photos, so consider applying fresh nail polish for a polished look.
Be sure to bring a brush, comb, and any makeup you may need to freshen up before your session.
Solid colors tend to photograph best, so try to avoid large patterns, especially stripes.
Darker jeans and shirts tend to create a more slimming and flattering look in photos.
