-
How much does it cost the agency to take part in the Legacy Album or Wall Collage Program?
There’s no cost to your agency and no sales minimums for groups with over 100 members.
If your agency is smaller, we have flexible programs that may include a small fee based on your location and number of members. Your marketing representative will be happy to go over the details with you. -
How do I make my department aware of our photo event?
Prestige will create marketing materials for display, distribution, and email to make promoting your event as easy as possible for your department and members. We’ll also provide pricing and event schedules so your members can plan ahead with confidence and ease.
-
How many photography days will you provide?
The number of photography days depends entirely on how many members need to be photographed. We will schedule enough days to ensure all members and shifts are covered. Your marketing representative will provide full details and an estimate of the number of days required based on these factors.
-
Are copies of member photos provided to the agency?
Yes. The agency will receive a digital, copyright-released image of each member’s album or collage photo. These images may be used for official departmental purposes but cannot be distributed to others. Additionally, any group or team photos we take, as well as the departmental promotional shot we create, will be provided to the agency for departmental use.

Our members work around the clock. Will the department photo sessions be scheduled so that members can participate during their regular shifts?
We will organize the photo schedule to ensure that all members can participate during their regular shifts, including late-night, weekend, and other non-traditional shifts.
-
Can retired members or volunteers take part in a photo session for the Legacy Album?
Absolutely—they can, with department approval. We’re excited to photograph anyone who has played a role, or once played a role, in shaping the agency. Everyone is welcome.
-
Our service area is quite large. Would it be possible to set up at multiple locations throughout the area so members can have their photos taken at a more convenient location?
Yes, we can do that. We strive to make photo sessions as convenient as possible for members while causing minimal disruption to your primary services.
