Prestige will create marketing materials for display, distribution, and email to make promoting your event as easy as possible for your department and members. We’ll also provide pricing and event schedules so your members can plan ahead with confidence and ease.

If you are a sworn public safety member, your department will provide guidance on appropriate attire for picture day. Sworn members are generally expected to wear their uniform, as directed by your department, while unsworn staff should dress neatly and comfortably. Please follow any additional instructions from your department. For tips, guidelines, and all the details you need to be fully prepared, visit our Members tab and get ready for a smooth and successful photo day!

Unlike other companies, we send your photos to print the very same day they’re taken! You can expect to receive your printed images within two weeks, and if you purchase digital negatives, your photos will be ready the same day. Creating your album is a detailed process, and we work closely with your department to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Please allow up to four months for your printed product to be created, printed, and delivered. (If your department does not follow our timeline, the process may take longer.) Your department is responsible for providing the content for your yearbook, so we encourage you to stay in touch with your department coordinator to ensure everything stays on track.

At this time, we fulfill orders in bulk only. Once your albums are printed, they will be shipped directly to your department for distribution by the coordinator. For details on how and when your albums will be distributed, please check with your project coordinator.

For agencies with more than 100 members, there’s no cost to your department and no minimum sales requirements. Smaller agencies can take advantage of a program with minimal costs. Our Marketing Representative, Rusty Rice, is happy to walk you through the options and help you find the program that works best for your agency.

Our pricing is flexible and depends on the style of yearbook your agency selects. Most books range from $49 to $69. Prior to your photo session, you will receive a package list with current pricing. We offer a variety of packages to meet each member’s needs, all thoughtfully priced to be affordable.

You’ll have the chance to choose your pose with the salesperson assisting you during your session. After being photographed, you’ll immediately select your preferred pose! While your department head will determine which pose appears in the album, we capture multiple shots of that pose to ensure you’re happy with your expression in the final image.iption goes here
